Hello and welcome!

We are very excited to bring you the new Hot Yoga Life website and blog. Through this page we will post updates on the studio, news about our community, healthy recipes, home yoga practice sequences, wellbeing tips and general yogi lifestyle articles. While reflecting on what I should write here in this opening blog post, the reoccurring word that keeps popping up in my thoughts is gratitude.

I opened the HYL studio in February 2015, with the help and support of family and friends, not really knowing what to expect, and what’s come of it is exactly what I had hoped for and envisioned: a beautiful community of likeminded yogis who can gather and practice together in a friendly and welcoming space. I am so grateful for everyone in the community who has come to the studio to try our classes and to those who have made Hot Yoga Life studio their home.

If you or your friends haven’t tried yoga yet and don’t know where to start, come try one of our classes. Yoga can change your life. It has definitely changed mine for the better! Not only are the health benefits amazing, but it has opened my heart and mind to the world of possibility, its allowed me to form a circle of likeminded friends and with common interests and has been a reason to travel and ongoing learning and self development.
