Lisa had tried yoga on and off for a number of year, but after sustaining a number of injuries from various sports, yoga became her main focus in 2015. In 2016 she completed her 200hr yoga teacher training and went on to do further Yin training in 2017.

Lisa believes that movement solves everything and tries to create sequences that are accessible to everyone with an emphasis on slow and steady to build strength and a sense of calmness. Lisa believes there is no wrong or right way to look in a pose, its about how you feel in a pose.
