Maddi first did her 200hr Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at the start of 2018, later that year she completed her 50hr Yin Yoga Teacher Training. Since then she has falling in love with the practice and how essential it is to find that balance within this yang world we live in. She continues to expand her knowledge and has recently done trainings for Meditation & Mindfulness and Yoga Nidra. During her classes you will have the chance to explore and gain a deeper understanding of your own body and its subtle layers. Maddi naturally has a warm loving nature to her which enables you to feel safe and at home throughout the whole class. Maddi looks forward to sharing this space with you and guiding you through your yin practice.
