Rachel believes that each of us have a purpose in this life, and is passionate about bringing her love of the mind- body connection alive. Her yoga journey started about 15 years ago when she borrowed a 1970s yoga book from the small-town library where she grew up. She has been practicing yoga on and off ever since…. Fast forward to today and Rachel has been teaching this ancient lineage for the past 5 years, as well as adding to her expertise with various courses and seminars. She is committed to making sure that yoga continues to transform all those who practice- in mind, body and spirit, and her classes replicate this. Expect to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your body, as well as thoughts and emotions as you practice her classes.She is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Psychology and with this (coupled with her knowledge in Naturopathy) she hopes get the message of the healing power of yoga into the mainstream.
