Sam came to yoga through joyful creative flows and was captivated through the stillness found in their wake. These qualities are found In his teaching style which encompass rhythmic moving meditations balanced with a softening into exploration of the internal body. Movement has been his medicine and he hopes to share his love of exploring the body and mind with all who take his classes.
He trained in a Hatha yoga style with both Emily Kuser’s high vibe yoga school and the Embodied Flow school led by Tara Judelle and Scott Lyons. Of all the lessons learnt through his journey into the world of yoga the one which resonated most deeply has been to begin everything with love.
