I began practicing 7 years ago on and off. At the time I was playing baseball in college in the U.S. After that I went on to play two years professionally here in Australia and in Europe during which time my passion for yoga continued to grow until I decided that teaching was what I wanted to do. I completed my 200 hours with Power Living and it was the best decision of my life. Yoga is now a central part of my day to day life whether it be teaching or my own practice. Given my sport background a big emphasis of mine is placed on anatomy. But I am also fascinated my yogic philosophy and love putting it through my own filter of understanding when I teach. My vinyasa classes are fairly strong but I also like for myself and my students to have a good time when we practice
